Shipping policy

Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Since each rug is a unique, hand-selected piece, we take care in preparing it properly for its journey to you.

Delivery
Within Ireland, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days from dispatch. Delivery to other regions is available on request — get in touch before ordering if you're outside Ireland and we'll confirm timing and cost. Duties and taxes are included in your order total, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. Given the size and weight of hand-knotted rugs, larger pieces may require a scheduled delivery window or a signature on receipt.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size of your order.
