About the Piece

A softly patterned Kilim in ivory, warm taupe, beige and brown, arranged in repeating geometric diamonds and stepped motifs. Hand-woven in Pakistan using wool on a flat-weave loom, its closely worked pattern gives the surface a considered rhythm while the muted palette keeps the overall impression quiet and balanced.
