About the Piece

There's a quiet rhythm to this kilim's geometry, in ivory, earthy brown and soft taupe that never competes with a room. Hand-woven in Pakistan on a flat-weave loom using undyed and lightly dyed wool, its elongated shape suits narrow spaces such as hallways, corridors and entryways, where its restraint reads as considered rather than empty.
